Return Policy

Returns and Refunds 

We accept accept all returns that meet the following criteria: 


1) The purchase was made within 14 days of filing for a return. 


2) The product is in new, sellable condition. 


If your items meet the above criteria please fill out the form at the bottom of the page. Please complete the form to start the return. A shipping label will be emailed to you and your items must be shipped back in its original box. Once the item is received, you should see your refund in 1-3 business days. 

Exchanges/ Replacements

We offer a 14-day exchange policy for any reason. 

To complete your exchange, all we require is the order number and a photo of the damage OR unused, new product. 

What if the item I receive is not what I ordered? 
We know that sometimes there will be accidents that happen between receiving your order and shipping it out to you.

If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong item, please complete the form below and include a picture of the items received and the of the pack slip indicating which items are missing.  In some cases, we will send a return mail shipping label to return the incorrect items. 


What if what I ordered was a retiring scent/label or a Holiday scent/label?

If the item was a retiring/holiday item we may not be able to exchange it for the exact item. If we are out of that item we will exchange it for an item we currently stock that is similar. 


What if I received it as a Gift?
If the item was a gift when purchased we do still need an order number and a photo of the damage. We make our order numbers easy to find and it will always be listed on the packing slip.
